I’m Justin Llata. I bring twenty-two years in California affordable housing development, more than fifteen of them in executive roles, including ten as chief operating officer of a Central Valley nonprofit developer.

- Tax credit awards for more than 900 apartments during my tenure, plus more than 60 for-sale homes
